The first thing one sees when entering the castle is the main floor where the Great Hall is located.

The first floor contains the staff rooms and the Deputy Head's office. Also the theater, Creative Arts class, and the Hospital Wing are found here.

If one must speak to the Head of the school, come to this floor whre the Head's office is located. Also found on this floor is the Airthmancy class and Moaning Myrtle's bathroom.

On this floor is the trophy room and the Charms classroom.

In the Dark Lake there are many creatures, like mermaids and other magical sea creatures.

A clothing shop for wizards and witches.

The Hog's Head Tavern has been around for hundreds of years. It is known for its cheapness and interesting clientele.

Here is where the Hogwarts Express ends at this station. It is located near the lake where a road extends around the lake to Hogwarts Castle.

When one walks into Honeydukes, one will see shelves upon shelves of the most succulent-looking sweets imaginable. The standard wizarding candy is sold here along with the owners' own fudge and chocolate. It is a popular destination for Hogwarts students during the weekends.

The tea shop is a small, cramped show with decor that is a bit on the tacky side of frilly, such as floating golden cherubs throwing pink confetti. Seems to be a popular place for the young romantic couples.

At least three hundred owls wait here to carry messages, sitting on shelves that are color-coded, depending on how fast one wants their letter to get to its destination.

Need new quills, ink, and parchment? Then right here is where you want to go.

It is said that this building is the most haunted building in Britain. it is a favorite stop when visiting Hogsmeade.

This place is a well known inn and pub located on the main street of Hogsmeade Village. It serves many meals and drinks. Come here to relax while talking to friends.

This shop is full of many little toys and gadgets for planning jokes and tricks on other people.

These assorted cafes have brightly umbrellas over the tables outside.

Here is the headquarters of the Daily Prophet. Any letters to the editor should be sent here by owl.

If you are in need of an owl or any necessities for your owl, then come here. They sell tawny, screech, barn, brown, and snowy owls, along with owl treats. Sometimes they will have a few of the more expensive, somewhat rare owls for sale.

A famous wizarding ice cream parlor with outdoor tables. There are many different flavors of ice cream here.

This book shop is filled with shelves stacked to the ceiling. It is the primary, and possibly only, supplier of textbooks for Hogwarts textbooks.

This shop sells a wide variety of tricks and practical joke items. It is a competitor with Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes located just down the road.

This large white marble building is staffed by goblins. Almost every wizard and witch keeps their money in here where they know it is safe.

This shop sells secondhand items. It is full of broken wands, lopsided scales, and other things wizards and witches decided to get rid of. If you have an item that you do not wish to keep anymore, sell it here. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

The best place for wizarding clothing and the place where most Hogwarts students purchase their robes, Madam Malkin sells many types of robes.

Need a potion for that wart or even something worse? Then come here to find what you need to look beautiful again.

Come here to find toads, tortoises, snails, rabbits, cats, ravens, rats, and other animals to call your pet. Only animal not sold here are owls. You can also find items for your pet right here.

In need of your first wand or even your sixteenth wand? Then come here. But remember, the wand chooses the wizard.

This shop sells all sorts of cauldrons. They come in different sizes. You can buy them in copper, brass, pewter, and silver. They also come as self-stirring or collapsible.

Come here to look for a new broom or any other Quidditch supplies.

Come here for ink, quills, and parchment.

If you cannot afford Madam Malkin's robes, then come here for some cheap affordable robes.

This travel agency advertises vacations for the wizarding family that wishes to travel.

This robes shop is an upscale clothing shop.

This joke shop was opened by Fred and George Weasley. It is owned by the Weasley family.

This is the most notorious shop in Knockturn Alley. It specializes in objects with unusual and powerful properties, particularly items that are both unusual and ancient.

This cafe tends to be a very quiet place where witches and wizards that fancy the dark arts conduct their business. It is a place of whispered conversations and heads turning to see who is trying to listen in on the conversations.

Wizard prison. You do not want to end up here.

Here is where all Hogwarts students catch the Hogwarts Express to head to school.

A small village in northern England, this is the old home of the Gaunts, Lord Voldemort's maternal family.

Located in the county of Surrey, Harry Potter, his uncle, his aunt, and his cousin all lived here.

This is the home of Draco Malfoy and his family. A good amount of prestigious high society parties are held here.
